Account Creation & Security
Each user is only allowed one active account on wins88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. wins88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or false information submitted by users at the time of registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. wins88 will never ask for your password via email or any channel outside the platform.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the wins88 support team immediately at [email protected]. wins88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is ongoing.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the wins88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local online banking, TNG eWallet, and FPX. For the latest payment method details, check the account section after logging in.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe determined by the selected payment method. wins88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Balance withdrawals will be processed to the user's registered bank account. wins88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to the account, the transaction cannot be reversed. Users are advised to verify the amount and transaction details before confirming any deposit.
